For some reason, people continue to return calls or call for information “other than about products, prices and/or placing an order” during our lunch hour and often that information can only be supplied or answered by a person out of the building. As previously stated, our lunch hour is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. During this time, only two people are available. No one is able to tell you about dispositions of orders, invoice totals, work being done, scheduling, what day something was shipped, and backorders. You may return your not open product solid frozen within 90 days of purchase with original receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or an Electronic Gift Certificate for use on our site. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form and original receipt or packing slip. • Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice with the tracking Number.
